When I was little, my mother used to make a really light fluffy cheesecake that included lemon jello, cream cheese, cool whip and Milnot. It had a thin graham cracker crust. Mom doesn't have the recipe anymore, but she does remember at least those ingredients. Anyone ever hear of this one?
I'm with you whoopi what is milnot? sounds like this would be a nice desert hope we can find the recipe for you charlee maybe the lady who collects rare recipes has it filed away. I do cheesecakes quite often in camp I'd like to try this one out.
Think I'll allow myself to cheat a little on the crust.A little trip to the freezer section at the grocery store takes care of the graham cracker crust. Then I can concentrate more on the filling.
