I got a Panini Griddler by Cuisinart GR-4  Cuisinart - GR-4  that has the griddle and panini grill in it.  Mom got it for me for Christmas.

 

If you click on the link and go to the bottom right where it says Recipes there is a list of great recipes that I have tried some of.  I love using Focaccia, Ciabatta and French bread. I live near a bread company who makes lots of Artesian and specialty breads that I keep trying different ones.

I love trying different paninis with various cheeses, mushrooms, roasted peppers along with the meats for it. Its unlimited as to what you couold try and how great it is.
