Brownie Trifle
1 box Brownie Mix*
3 boxes White Chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 T. instant coffee
4 T. hot water
1 tub of Cool Whip
6 Heath bars
*Prepare brownies according to directions. After taking out of oven allow to cool to room temperature. When cool, you can either break brownies up or cut into 1 inch squares.
Break heath bars into small pieces or run them through a food process quickly on chop cycle.
Mix instant coffee with the hot water and stir until dissolved. Set aside. Mix pudding, milk, and Cool Whip together. Add coffee mixture into pudding mixture stir well.
Put 1/3 of brownies into bottom of large bowl. Spoon on 1/3 pudding mixture. Add 1/3 of Heath bars. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
