Cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F. Clean and cut the peppers in half, de-seed them, and stuff cream cheese into each half. Wrap each half with bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Bake at or grill until done, about 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

I'M definitely gonna love them myself. Almost every time I go to the

grocery I pick up a couple of "poppers". They sell them in the deli.

They somehow stuff the cream cheese IN the pepper, dip it in

batter and fry it...yum. Yours sounds wonderfully easy to make.
