I experimented and moved an old board of mine to Aimoo through the migration tool. It moved everything intact. I am very happy about this. Now I am ready to migrate Divas. It takes Aimoo about 4 to 7 days to do this. **The downside to it is I have to make Divas PUBLIC RESTRICTED ** which means if anyone clicks on Divas name they can see the board but not post. I have no choice. I want the boards contents moved to the new board so we can always refer back to it and view it all. I will start this today. You will notice nothing with it while its being done and just continue as normal here. The board will remain here as we know it also. I will lock it after it is done. At that point I will send everyone an invite to move to the new board and then I will delete Divas 40 And Over. All pictures and backgrounds, etc. will migrate but will be lost after MSN closes down In February. you need to SAVE all your photos to your computer or elsewhere if you haven't already. |

Thats very good news Angelbear -- A little less stress for you ... I think I'll visit Aimoo and see if I can figure out how to use forums and their group format. Thanks for your diligence in pushing ahead so quickly for the Divas -- you know, as the ladies and I get older we find change scary -- but with your leadership we'll make it over in one piece. Angelbear I'm glad you also posted in the group because when I got the e-mail I was a little leary that it might be MSN giving me a message again. I will be gone for a few days crossing the state to visit family. I hope when we get back that I can still find you all. I am signed in on Aimoo and am lucky enough to have my same name dutchess_19 how lucky is that. I'll check in when we return. Good luck to all and lets hope we can all stay together. |
