The boy jumped into wet cement on a dare and to impress a girl.

A lot of the show revolved around saving his life as a lot of sytems were involved.

The instigators were not real friends,  he was sort of the outcast,but the girl secretly did like him and in the end she kissed him.

Chief Richard went back to his wife.

Miranda gave the clinic to Izzy and will concentrate more on her family and being a surgeon.

George will retake the test he failed. Lexie went through files and found he had only missed by one point so she gave him confidence by telling him.

She incidently violated HIPPA confidentialty major but that is not an issue in this series and makes it pretty unrealistic for me. Her ass should be grass!

Christina does a brilliant emergency heart surgery on cement boy, despite the put down queen female surgeon Erica trying to interfere. After Chief Richard reams Erica  for it and Christina is very happy.

Merideth and Derek get back together.

Callie who is George's ex realizes she is Lesbian and she and Erica have a prolonged kiss.

Addison, the emotionally fragile one who said she was pregnant but wasn't, cuts her arm. Ends up under Psyche care.  Alex apparently has issues with a mother who needed similar care, reason he is so attentive to Addison.

You won't believe this...They are airing the show again tonight as a repeat two hour special. I will watch it tonight anyway. I wonder why they would show it two nights in a row.
