Taylor is definitely the winner. I've paid very close attention to all 3 judges and they all seem to go a bit overboard with good things to say about Taylor (and I agree completely!) GO TAYLOR!!!!! Barb |

What a fantastic two hour show tonight! I really enjoyed every second of it all. I am so happy Taylor won but of course we knew he would. Katherine has a beautiful voice but not the image of a American idol to me. |

WOW..............Prince! What a great surprise! And I got to see/hear Chris again.....so it was worthwhile watching. It was nice to see the 12 finalists again as well. I'm curious how they are going to market Taylor. I will be following it......it should be interesting. |

Another board is saying Clay Aiken was singing when the stupid award was given out and the Clay look alike was singing. Was it him? I thought it was another person singing his own song. The man had long dark hair, not read, his face was different for sure. Anyone know this one? |

Clay changed his look - grew out his hair, slicked it down. I don't know if the dark color is his true color, or if he dyed it. He sure looked different! whoopi |

Oh yes... that was Clay... I remembered when that strange look alike guy started singing my favorite song that Clay had sung it on the wild card who to get into the finals... I was happy to see Clay... he has been quiet for awhile... perhaps the new look means he is getting ready to release a new CD... |

Hey Angelbear, I actually saw a couple of shows Friday evening... like Entertainment Tonight and Insider or something where they did a story on how excited the strange guy was when the girls started screaming... and even more so that it was for his idol Clay Aiken... |

I saw that to! I got to see Clay Aikens come out (the replay) and yep it was him. He looks better with the hair down I believe. I saw an interview of Taylor and Kat on Ryans show with Randy. I guess they both get the advertising but you'd think they would let Taylor shine out on his own in interviews, ditch Kat and let her have her own to. |
