It seems all the ones ive met, always come across as being jealous and also slightly vindictive at times.maybe im meeting the wrong ones, i was hoping one day that i would be proved wrong but so far I havnt?

You see the problem is,being a typical gemini im a little bit random! I have a very curious mind, I can help but think about all possibilities and not leave any door unopen. The thing with me is that i dont act on my thoughts, so although it appears my mind is wandering thats all thats going on,if im commited to a relationship i'll stay commited (saturn in the 5th) and plus id be far too worried about potentially upsetting a partner (7th house neptune). but all too often I seem to make the taurian types mad because of my constant wandering mind and randomness. I cant switch this part of my personality off, ive accepted that its just me and i've said to myself theres parts of me i can change but this isnt one thing that will change, essentially its me, i am a triple gem and its what goes with the territory!

sometimes i think to myself if a typical taurus is that untrusting of me i might aswell not bother with them.it does my head in, i was with a girl a while ago and i remember this one time watching tv with her ,she starting acting all jealous cos i was staring at a supermodel on telly! i was thinking to myself "what on earth! hello ,im hardly gonna sleep with her lol".but its the revengefull behaviour that really gets to me its like i do something completly random for example give someone a hug that i havnt seen in ages, and immediatly i start getting paranoid cos i can feel those jealous taurian eyes burying into the back of my head! after which i feel really uncomfortable and its usually followed by the taurian doing something similar in an over the top way and in a way that they know will get a reaction from me deliberatly to try and even the score or something? that really infuriates me because my motive was totally innocent.ive explained these things to them before but it seems every person ive met with taurian planets cant stop acting so untrusting.

Perhaps Neptune's (final dispositorship?) in the houses ; suggests a problem with the boundaries, beween Moon (emotions) and Saturn (restrictions?)...

Neptune does tend to undermine us.

Thats an interesting point Deb because in astrology the moon 4th house - Saturn 10th house axis is that of the father and the mother, also the those houses (4th and 10th) are involved in the grand cross.

The only charts I have studied have been the wheel charts (the bottom ones) and I'm better at understanding those ones.I can grasp the logic behind the house depositor wheel as well but I haven't looked into it as much. The way to view the house depositor wheel is to find a final house, instead of a final planet,
so for example here we have Neptune in the12th,which by modern astrology is Neptune's own house,so it doesn't continue any further in a chain. Another example,Uranus is in the 10th (Saturn's house) so we look at Saturn which is in the 7th,we then look to Venus (Natural ruler of the 7th),Venus is in the 8th,Pluto rules this house and we find Pluto in the 9th.

So basically we think of this a filtration of energy through house's this time.

About the last part of the depositors chart, I'm sorry but I didn't understand very well...

...........that's okay Raquel, because we don't either(understand it), we are just kind of "trying" it out and see how it fits every now and then, ...and see IF it's of any value to do so.

As for moving back to Portugal, will you FIRST try to get a position lined up there, before the big move?.....Or is that not a problem with the schools there?   Is there an accreditation or will they just accept your credentials and resume from England?

I wonder, if Mo will end up with you in Portugal? OR, if you will go home alone?

We'll see............how this plays out.

But regardless of which way it turns out, hopefully you'll have your computer and you'll still be part of our little community, because we love you very much.

I think being a Cancer, always requires one to think "security", first and foremost,  and this is just your nature to do so.

I use to be the same way, before I got too old and too sick to care anymore (sick of life, that is)

My mom, has always been the biggest part of my soul's yearning and quest for understanding in my life.......When she was alive I had (needed for my own sake), to try & watch out for her, as she was the Dalai Lama, always laughing, always saying,"why worry", always living just for the day only. I've posted her photo over on Zodiac, and you can see how fun loving she was, being a SAGGY Sun, Libra Moon......and she had NO serious side hardly at all, other then what she hid mostly, (Scorpio Rising).......

But she was, even if she didn't know it, the biggest light in my life, as well as a big pain sometimes, because our personalities were like oil & water. They didn't mix too well.

But our souls mixed very well....I admired her for her qualities of being able to live fully in the moment, and I think she admired my Capricorn /Cancer emotional but yet reserve self.

We tend to admire in others, what we ourselves don't contain too.

Anyway, IF she were here, she'd tell you over & over, "life is too short to be unhappy"

She wasn't one much for security issues at all.

But she too was a contradiction that way, having a great sense of loyalty, and perhaps because she was born in 1922 and came through such deprivation herself. She stayed in a very unhappy marriage for over 50 years until he died......and she was finally "released" from it.

She then only lived 4 more years afterwards.

But the point here is, that I couldn't imagine, (Cancer Rising?) being apart from my mother even though she was a source of much concern when I was around her, I always tried to "fix" her life for her., and I (in truth) was more like the mother and she the errant child.
If you see the Dalai Lama, when he "acts" like a child, the laughing, etc. all the time, you then can picture my mother's personality.
He too is a SAG Sun.

But he too, has an "underside" of seriousness not usually seen in public.

So, try to get (as we say in america), your "ducks in order"
meaning, your future in order, in your mind prior to just sprinting back to Portugal.
Realize that mother & dad, will always be there, but emotionally again, you may never get from the relationship, the emotional satisfcation that you crave.....anymore then I did.

Because again, "oil and water" don't mix well.

Love,
Deb.

drink by the signs would be a good laugh to figure out I am sure. Funny you know Virgoan drinkers 'cos most of the ones I know don't; 2 aunts and 2 grandmothers all teetotal. I have 2 female Virgo friends - 1 claimed to have gone through AA before university (though she tends to fib sometimes and I am not convinced she wasn't just trying to suggest she though I drank too much) and the other does drink. Oh and a Virgo girl in my halls of residence drank sometimes but preferred to smoke, turned into a complete pot-head in the end to the point we couldn't really have an intelligible conversation anymore. Only know 2 Virgo men....1 drinks, the other abstains for religious reasons. I guess it depends on how much they pick up from Pisces or other factors.

Alexia,
Yea I think your right ,could be the generational Neptune in sag aspecting personal planets too?
One of the Virgo's I know also went to AA but still has a bit of a problem,
Cancer's are very good at not going overboard,Leo's too. With the Virgo's I've known, and some Gemini's It really shows as well when they are merry, the ones I know aren't very good at hiding how drunk they are,I tend to show I'm tipsy quite easily although when I'm really drunk I often give the appearance I'm ok,this might explain why people always want to out drink me!

Hi Raquel

from what I've seen they tend to get more carried away? One thing I noticed a few years back was those with mercury in Virgo weren't as much of a drinker, maybe it had something to do with keeping clarity of mind? I think it has more to do with Neptune/Pisces and also possibly the planets Venus and Jupiter?

I find I need to get drunk to try and change my mood, if I'm feeling negative it sometimes helps me, since being a mercury in Cancer I think about the past a lot. when drinking sometimes I do get a bit more emotional though.
Yoga looks interesting, it's something that has been recommended to me recently to help calm my anxiety, It looks like a meditative technique that might have more success for me since I have trouble clearing my mind completely and not thinking about anything.

Raquel: When you "inhale", (4 seconds through the nostrils)

don't you "exhale", more rapidly, and thru the mouth?

This is the way I learned to meditate with breathing exercises.

"nose" inhale        in the life force.....
"mouth" exhale     out the bad stuff.........

thanks I'll try that breathing exercise out!
One which I did try before is called observing oneself. It wasn't classed as yoga but as general meditation,it involved observing your breathing but not doing anything about it just observing how it is.then moving onto objects in the environment and observing those objects, again having no judgment on them but just observing them.after this they suggest observing the self that is observing the objects, I find it difficult to stay focused because I'm thinking about all manner of other daily thoughts and this interrupts the general flow.
there were a few other different types of meditation I had thought about that could help me ,was quite interested in Taoism and perhaps Buddhism but I haven't really looked into it enough yet!

"bad stuff", not a good choice of words,rather, exhaling that which is taken "in"........kind of yin & yang....(what goes up must come down) (what goes in , must by nature, come out);
a kind of balancing act.

Here is a neat little site for any who has nothing to tune into or classes to attend, it's better then nothing, and is quite calming, (the music) I think:  (need speakers on).

Breathing Exercises from the Edgar Cayce Readings

extracted:

Straight from the seer himself, these purifying breathing exercises may seem a little unusual but come highly recommended.

"For all healing comes from the one source, and whether there is the application of foods, exercise, medicine, or even the knife—it is to bring (to) the consciousness of the forces within the body that aid in reproducing themselves, the awareness of Creative or God forces." [2696-1]----

Q: "Alternate breathing, cleansing breath, etc., have seemed beneficial to the body and health when pursued. Please explain the use of breathing and its purifying qualities."

A: "These are well when there are NOT physical hindrances to their more perfect activity. That help has been obtained when there are already obstructions indicates the greater benefit that might be had IF there were the normal flow of impulse from glands and nerve centers raised by activities of breathing.

"Breath is the life-blood cleansing of the body, normally—see? For, there are the needs for the combination of the gases as inhaled to act upon the purifying of the system. And these are well, if done properly.

"In the present, though, we would only take the breathing exercise that so fills the lungs that there is a full equalizing or energizing of the blood-purifying area there. This would be, then:

"At full height or stature, preferably with few or no clothing on, with plenty of fresh air, inhale deeply through the right nostril. First it would require closing, or a pressure on the left —but attain to that ability to purify by breathing ONLY through the right nostril. Hold it as long as possible and gradually rise on the toes, as this is taken in, raising the arms to fill the chest more. Then exhale, not too suddenly?but suddenly—through the mouth. Do this for at least three times. Then rest five minutes.

"Then repeat same, this time through the left nostril. And when there is the raising of the body-structural force by the intake, turn slowly from the waist up, so as to allow those areas of the body—that have been hindered—to be purified by the oxygen, which is the most of the gases taken, as well as the others, to affect or be active to the body.

"Do this regularly, say at least three times each week.

"In breathing, take into the right nostril, Strength! Exhale through thy mouth. (Repeat three times.) Intake in thy left nostril, opening the centers of thy body?if it is first prepared to thine own understanding, thine own concept of what ye would have if ye would have a visitor, if ye would have a companion,

*the Christ consciousness......

(Inhale in the left nostril, exhale through the right nostril three times.)" [281-18]----

“There is the healing of the physical, there is the healing of the mental, there is the correct direction from the spirit. Coordinate these and you'll be whole!?
