Yep! He's on record. Just after losing and letting Bin Laden go at Tora Bora with a 48 hour cease-fire, enough time for Bin Laden to escape in Dec. of 2001, G.W. Bush gives us his usual, "What me worry? look and silly grin..........in the following:

I suppose he truly wasn't all that concerned about the person behind 9-11 attack on the U.S.A. because, he couldn't find  him, and he let him go once they had him, (in Tora Bora, just months before)
Talk about "Ineptitude" for a world leader

I knew then & there he was a dunce and would destroy America, because he then changed his focus on Iraq (who did not attack America)

the Rest is history, (as they say).

And, again, I don't know where he is. I --I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him.
