Go to "insert Picture" (two icons away from the happy face above)to the left of it.

 

You will then be taken to browse for your gif (wherever you happened to save it)....in order to "attach " it.

 

(go to icon above 2 to the left of the happy face)hover over the ellow looking envelope and it will say "insert picture)

THEN:

 

1)My computer

 

2)Browse

 

3)attach photo (or chart).....
