Weber Tangy Barbecue Sauce
2 tbs. butter or margarine
3 tbs. chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbs. granulated sugar
2 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs.Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and celery till tender.Add remaining ingredients and cook to blend flavors,15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 1-2/3 cups.
