12 ready made beef kebabs
6 medium egg tomatoes halved lengthways
500 g asparagus halved
600 g cup mushrooms
125 g sun dried tomato butter
Barbecue (or grill or char-grill) kebabs for 5 minutes. Add tomato, asparagus, and mushrooms; cook until kebabs and vegetables are browned and cooked as desired. Brush kebabs and vegetables with sun dried tomato butter occasionally during cooking.
