Ok, I have not tried it, but it sounds so good that I took a chance..
4 TBSP unslated Butter (room temp)
4 cups Flour + more for dusting the pans
3 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp grated Orange zest
2 cups Orange juice
2 cups FRESH Cranberries
2 cups chopped Walnuts

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and flour 2 loaf pans, In a bowl, mix together flour. baking powder, baking soda, salt. Blend together the flour and butter to cream, add Eggs and mix well. dough should be crumbly and dry looking. Add the orasnge zest and orange juice to the mix. Mix in the cranberries and walnuts by hand. This is to keep them whole!
Halve the batter into the 2 floured pans. Bake for 30 to 60 minutes. Check for being done. Cool on a wire rack,  After 10 minutes, Flip the bread, right side up and let cool the rest of the way. Slice and serve
