Got up early this AM to get my Spaghetti Sauce started. I am using a combination of Marsha's and Gene's . If the wind gets right. Gene may be able to smell it LOL! As Michele is gluten intolerent, my mission is to find flour -free spaghetti. I am very sure I saw it at the grocery the other day. Had a smittering of rain yesterday, but not enough. We are down so very much in rainfall the past 2 months. Hope everyone is OK and enjoy your day!!! ...Ed
Just a note to tell, that the smells are wonderful wafting from the kitchen. I found some Spaghetti made from Artichoke flour. As it has not any gluten flour, it should be perfect. It is an Organic item. The sauce was easy to make and if tastes one-half as good as it smells, we should have a great sauce. I will share my boosted recipe of others recipe. Hey Ed, I think I can smell that sauce allllllll the way up here in Ohio! Ummmmmmmm!! Smells heavenly. I am going to be making us some sauce either tomorrow or Friday. The stuff in the jars just don't get for me!! LOL..Take care, Kathy
