Fresh pumpkin w/ Pork
2 TBSP Peanut Oil
1 or 2 slices Thick Bacon
2 cloves Garlic (smashed)
2 cups fresh pumpkin ( cut into 1 inch squares)
1 Yellow Onion (cut into rings)
1 pound Pork steak (cut into thin strips)
1/4 tsp ground Cumin
    Place oil in a hot WOK or heavy skillet = hot Wok, cold oil=No sticking. Add bacon, Saute until bacon is transparant. Add pumpkin, onion, chicken broth, and garlic. Cook for 15 minutes and remove. Add pork strips and add ground cumin. Cook until pork is brown and add pumpkin mixture. Bring to heat and serve....
