Thank you very much Ed.  I am always looking for new ways to consume the many pumpkins that I buy.  Normally I just cook them all and puree them for use over the long winter.  (This sometimes takes literally days to do them all)
 
I do have a few actual cooking recipes but mainly they get used for baking in different dessert type things.

Hey Pat:
     Look in our Empty Nesters recipes and under soups, I put the pumpkin soup recipe. I also have a recipe for stew served in a pumpkin, where the pumpkin is baked and served. Interested?  Ed
