Becoming so discourgaged with the alternate program by Verizon, having not fonts, color, and other goodies, I did the following, I begged, I reasoned, and prostituted myself to get my way! Guess what? My old progam was restored along with my favorites and my address book. Everything is back to square 1! If any were having problems in changing my address to verizon.net, just feel free to let it remain to [email protected] Do not want to confuse you, as I monitor both sites and all is well.....Ed
