This has been the week that was, and I wish to forget. Last week, I started having trouble with MSN. I called Verizon to find out that Verizon is no longer supporting MSN Premium. It was suggested that I go to Verizon.net. I switched and to find that my address book or favorites did not follow. Verizon.net does not offer fonts, color and other things. It was like Deja Vue 6 years ago. I had to goto to MSN and print out my address book. That took almost 1 1/2 hrs due to the program being slow. I then typed it to my Verizon.net and have 2 complete mail lists of 50 each!
I then call MSN and found a listening person, who fixed my problem (MSN Messenger) and restored my MSN contacts. This included Empty Nesters and my e-mail list and my favorites. The beauty of all this, is if MSN fails I have a back-up in place...Ed
