When all it seems to do is Rain.
What keeps you from going insane?
Sometimes I feel like a duck.
Just ready to Quack it up.
Splashing, Splashing is all it does!
Until I am so tired of all this water.
I feel like builting an Ark.
By the time I finish there will be no water!
I know it is good for the plants.
And it great for all the conservationist.
All you hear when you talk to your neighbor?
Brought up in Conversation? How do like this Rain?
But Lord sometimes you get to excited.
And I think sometimes you forget.
To turn off that Spigot.
When you watered the Garden of Eden.
I know it is easy to do.
With all that you have to do.
Such demand upon your time.
When do you have the time to unwind.
Being a parent is not easy.
But you do it every day.
So Lord if you will just bless us.
With just a little Less rain.
I not really complaining.
Just asking you to spread it out.
It is so hard to take it all Lord.
In just one great big Cloud.
