Personality Characteristics: Kaline is extremely demure at all times. It is her nature to defer to men in all ways, save for attepmts to bed her. If the matter becomes forceful, she will resport to her fighting skills to defend her untouched state.

Mundane Possessions: Basic adventuring gear save for a small box holding her most prized items- a Small tea set so that at her option she may do the tea ceremony of her homeland and a dwindling supply of the Jasmine tea she loves.
Background History: Kaline Shadowdancer, fighter. She has gone against the ways of her desert clan by being a woman who showed promise with a blade. As a younger childshe snuck away from her duties to watch the boys learning, and then snuck out of bed to practice what she saw. One night she was caught and the next day banned with only a knife, a water skin, and her wits to keep her alive. Despite her sword skills, she is quite shy and quiet as her rearing has brought her up to be. She would prefer to not be noticed unless her sword skill is needed, and then her shyness disappears as she plys her skills. Once the battle is over though, she will drift back into her quiet ways. It was expected she would also service the male guards; however, she had enough pride not permit that to happen. She dueled for the right to remain untouched and was victorious.
Adventuring History: Kaline has survived an adventure in the Dark Lands (Ravensloft where her entire being was changed. Her Faith in herself by the unrelenting chill of the land, her weaponskills by the constant duels with undead creatures and even her own ways as she was challenged by a cleric of Cyric, Kaline finally began to emerge from her strict homeland ways. Once the Undead that they had been summoned to deal with died, the Mists of the land enveloped them all, and sent them to different places. She found herself at Elmshade, bewildered for a moment, and quite alone. Immediately the Desert woman went back to her old ways, covering her face once more. Kaline found the Twisted Root Tavern, and there she plans on getting a full nights rest before trying to figure out what her next steps should be.
