I have one I used at the Astrodome when I worked there but I will have to look for it and will post it when I find it. It's somewhere in the boxes I haven't finished unpacking yet. |

I don't know the recipe, but I had a friend who used to make bloody marys for me back in my drinking days. I really didn't like bloody marys up to that point, so I was reluctant to try. She used V8 juice with low sodium (can you still buy that?) and her secret was to put in some celery salt to make up for the low sodium. I don't know the proportions of anything she put in there, but those things were sure delicious. |

I do. I make the best Bloody Marys on the planet! Into a tall glass, (I use those frozen mugs so I don't have to dilute with ice to keep cold,) add: 1.5 oz Vodka 3 tsp olive juice (from the jar - sans olives, though!) 3 tsp Worstershire 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp celery salt 1/4 tsp Wasabi Powder (I use more in mine - I like HOT!) Stir thoroughly, then add Tomato Juice to fill glass (after adding ice, if you like....) Stick a celery stalk in to stir if necessary (or use a carrot, like I do, since I don't really like the stringy celerys....) BTW, Pache, yes there still is low-sodium V8 Juice available if you like that stuff.... I only use V8 to cook with..... |

I prefer V8 juice (especially the low sodium kind) to tomato juice for drinking, Gryphon, because it doesn't leave that sour aftertaste like tomato juice does. I just can't drink tomato juice any more. |

Replace the Wasabi with a generous dose of Tabasco and frost the glass rim with the celery salt. |

I make mine with a blender. You need: pickeled asparagus (and the juice from the jar) A-1 cocktail onions V-8 Worcestershire louisiana hot sauce fresh cracked black pepper Blend all this together. Use your favorite vodka. And voila! You get a mean-ass drink! Nacho! |

a refreshing drink sans alcohol, cranberry juice, you can use low cal if you want, with club soda and 1/4 a lime squeezed in. you can adjust the cranberry and soda to the proportions you like it best. be sure and use good cranberry juice. like ocean spray. |

Blue, that drink almost sounds like a Mojito..... (Put a mint leaf in it once and see what happens....) Nacho! |

i think a mint leaf in it would be nice. i will have to buy some mint next time im gonna make it. I dont know what a mojito is but there is a commercial where the bartender is grinding the mint in the glass with a pestle, and the patrons are dancing to that rhythm, whe he stops grinding the patrons stop dancing, so he starts grinding again. Im sure its a commercial for whatever alcohol is in a mojito. And the screen says something about mojito so i at least knew it had mint LOL |
