I looked over the thread titles, the only one that 1/2 way interested me was the ex porn star teacher thread, but I resist the temptation at this time...LOL
I have had a long day shopping...again...got more wrapping to do now...
BUT.......I HAVE GIVEN IT CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, AND THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF DOING RIGHT NOW IS WATCHING "A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS"...AND MAYBE FOLLOW UP WITH "THE GRINCH WHO STOLD CHRISTMAS"...THE OLD ORIGINAL CARTOON VERSION......I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW.....I MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING POLITICAL OR WORLD ISSUES TO COMMENT ON THEN.
YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT NIGHT...GO WATCH YOUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS CARTOON, AND SMILE

After 17 days in a row working alone, no way to shop, the last 3 days of -40C wind chill, broken heating in 20+ apartments, cleaning up an entire pane of glass from a window that fell out of the 9th floor onto the parking ramp and stuck into the ice,  I don't have the energy to smile. Christmas, bah humbug!

Good news is we have new assistants starting the 29th. Our Christmas present, I guess. At that point, it will be an even 30 days working . Then it will be at least another week or two getting them trained on basics before a day off.

I'm exhausted and bitchy........can you tell? lol

Ed Sullivan used to talk about his really big shoe.

If you say "Coffee Shoe" to an Iraqi, you told him to shut up.
What do you suppose the reporter who threw the shoes at Bush
was saying?

There is that idiot Ill Annoy governor, What's'isname Sonofabitch.

Charlie Brown is a better alternative.

I've never been shopping this year and refuse to do so.  I sent my son and his family some money for Christmas shopping.  My husband doesn't want anything and neither do I, so we won't buy anything for each other.  If he wants to, he can buy his parents something.  I sure won't.  So BAH HUMBUG on Christmas this year, it feels a lot worse than having a Charlie Brown Christmas.
