Sweet Baby Rays is some good sauce. The only one better is famous Daves, which we can get here now, it comes in three flavors, sweet and sassy, i forget thesecond, and devils spit. i love the devils spit. hot and sweet omg its to die for |

Do you all boil your ribs first? We've always done ours that way. And ditto on Sweet Baby Rays Sauce, it's all we use. |

I roast mine in the oven tented with foil with water in the pan for a couple hours, then either I slap on the sauce or cut them up and put them in a large pan on the stovetop and let them simmer in sauce for an hour or so. Tender, saucy and really yummy. g/v |

Beth, Grill your ribs first. Simply salt and pepper (kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper - like always). Grill the ribs so they're marked well, about half fully cooked. Take the ribs, place in a roasting pan. Pour one full can of pineapple juice over the ribs. (If you're roasting pan isn't big enough, use half.... you want at least an inch or so of juice on the bottom of the pan). Pour Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce over the ribs. Coat them well. Roast for about 2 hours in 350 oven. They should fall right off the bone! The pineabpple juice really gives the ribs a great sweet flavor! Nacho! |
