I am beat!!! Got tons of Christmas shopping done this weekend though... Got dh his new lether lazy-boy... It won't be here til end of January but finally, finally got him his dream chair.. Picked up a nice zippo refillable bbq lighter for his stocking too Got ds two ps2 games, a computer game, pirates of the Caribbean movie, Sens baseball hat, 2 photos of the Sens two goalies, chocolate, hockey tape Got a stamping dvd for a gf in England Got a gf a bunch of Sens gear (t-shirt, window cling, earrings, handtowel, program, pencil, stickers) and got it posted off in the mail Got ds bf family a nice candle. It is in ceramic holder, has a story on front and a lid. Candle inside. The box plays a Christmas carole when you open it up. Got my neice a Sens t-shirt; her Dad some gourmet food ingredients, already bought her Mom a nice poinsettia...her bro will probably get money as I can't buy decent hockey tickets for him Got sis the handcream she likes and gloves to put on overnight for her stocking Mom got some wool socks I got her last year for her stocking... Phew...I'm beat!!! |

Well today I took MoM out to the flower
store for her Christmas present...
I showed her the gorgeous poinsettias,
beautiful evergreen and berry arrangements, little boxwood trees decorated,
centrepieces...
And she chose a wreath.
There were tears in her eyes she was so
happy to get a gift like this.
The wreath is beautiful and fake.
Neither one of us could tell...
Pretty poinsettias, pinecones,
evergreens...
The lady at the store put gold glitter on
pinecones for her...just a touch...
So then we took it home, I took down her
painting, stored it away and hung wreath.
Glad I decided to do
this...
Went out for lunch and then off to the
Scotch/Irish store. Ordered my sis 4 glasses with our crest and name on
them. She will either love or hate.
Also got her some shamrock seeds so both the
Scotch and Irish are represented...lol
I got ds a shotglass with similar
pattern...for some unknown reason he loves shot glasses.
Got ds a really pretty Irish Santa ornament
for the tree.
