I just had my 12 yr. stand back to back with his 14 yr. brother and he is taller then him.lol We always told his brother when they were little that he better watch it because he will be bigger then you. I guess we were right.lol
I can't wait for the 14th now. Zach has his checkup and I will find out for sure how tall he is. I know he is over 5ft. 3in. because that is what I am.

I bet he is just loving the fact that he is taller than his brother.. that is exactly what we all tell noah's cousins, Zack & Chad, they pick on him like crazy, of course he eats it up & he's getting big enuf that they can't pick him up like they used to, but everyone always says you guys better watch it noah hasn' t stopped growin & he'll probably be bigger than either one of them. & noah can't wait... lol

That is tall, Anna!! Holy Cow! My 11yo is 5' 2" right now and he's HUGE for his class!! I'm 5'5" and it's crazy looking him almost straight in the eye. I keep telling him no matter how tall he gets, I'll still always be meaner. lol

His 14yo brother is 6'2"....same height as his dad and still growing. Guess he has to fill in his #14 shoes. I'm hoping #2 son's feet don't grow quite that big....though he's been larger at ever age than his older brother. They get it completely from their dad because I'm average height for the women and men on my side of the family!! Some are as tiny as 4'9"!! ACK! I guess I should be glad they didn't get those genes from me. lol

Isn't SCARY how big and fast these kids are getting!!!!???

Wow Anna...

Dh and ds stand back to back...

Well ds is about eight inches taller than his Dad now...rofl.  Dad has shrunk about two inches too so I think the gap will keep widening...

Zach has found out that at school all he has to do is say, what, to kids giving him a bad time and the go the other way. He would not hurt a fly but, he is much taller then other kids now!

Isn't that fun?! Some of the teachers have called to tell me DS and his friend (same height and girth) are unofficial hall monitors. They escort picked on kids to their classes a few times and pretty soon they're not picked on anymore. They never have to make threats or hurt anyone. Thy just stand up. lol

I was told by the office that hall "incidents" are down about 80% since these boys came on the scene. I must admit, it does a mother good...especially having other children that have been bullied.

Good for your DS! If he thinks of it, I hope he "stands up" for the kids who are less fortunate. He can really make a difference.
