ok, I have never know really what you are suppose to do for daily care for your eyebrows. The German in me blesses me with thick eyebrows. Now I know I dont have the unibrow, as I pluck between the eyebrows, but does anyone know what the general rule is about eyebrow management? I figured I would ask here, my mom didnt teach me anything about beauty stuff growing up. Has anyone found an article or method that works for them???

Hey Nala, I was told a long time ago that you take a pencil and hold it along side your nose and have one end lined up with the corner of your mouth that will line up where your eyebrow should end in the center of your face.  Next hold your pencil tilted still by the side of your nose but this time line it up with the pupil of your eye and that is where the arch of your brow should begin, next line the pencil up from your nose to the outer edge of your eye and that is where your eyebrow should stop.  Now how thin to make them at the arch  is up to your face shape.  I never liked a really thin brow though just tapered I think is best. I hope this made sense to you.

Hi!
We haven't met yet, I'm a newbee.  I agree with all of the above, and I too would have a unibrow if I let it grow.  I do pluck, a lot! The other thing I do recommend is one of the battery powered brow trimmers.  They come with attachments that let you decide how long you want the hair in your eyebrow.  Even if I pluck and get them in shape, they are still wild looking if I let them grow.  So I attach a trimmer and go over the brow against the growth.  I go over the brow a couple of times until I am happy.  Use the longest attachment until you get the hang of it.  Of course you can use the trimmer for the bikini area, too.  I also use it on my upper lip.   Good luck!

I could never get my brows plucked right.  I finally started going to the beauty salon and having my brows waxed.  Sometimes it's only 9.95 or so.  What a difference it makes...Sometimes I buy Sally Hansen wax kit for eyebrows at WalMart and do it myself.  But, really, pamper yourself, and have someone do it for you once in a while.  You deserve it!

I'm with Julie- wax!  I'vebeen waxing for a few years, and the brows grow back slower and lighter in color.
