hi there
I had stopped weighing in at WW in the middle of October. When I weighed in last week I had gained 8lbs. I also started my period the next day, so I am sure some of that was water weight. So I now am commiting to Weight Watchers for at least the next 2 weeks. I will go and weigh in tomorrow and update here my results...

ok, so today I went in and weighed in, I have been sick so I havent been in. I lost 2.6lbs. Good start to my recommitment. Would anyone like to journal with me here on their weight loss stuff?

YOU GO GIRL!!! I know you can do it... I also need to start back w/ my exercising.. this water being up, dh home puts me in a slump also... he goes back to work Friday on days for 6, I can't seem to get ANYTHING done w/ him home.. but yes nala, I'm gonna keep track here also.... since I quit taking my Calotren after jake & lisa got married... I have held my own on weight other than the extra stuff during my monthly.. which speaking of I just got done with... so I figure right now is as good as any to keep track.. so... I'm pickin up where I let go last time.. will update each week... to let you know if I've had any weight loss... although there are times you feel like you've lost weight, but the scales don't move, but sometimes you lose inches instead... How many inches does it take to make a pound??? I've never found that out yet... lol.. keep up the GREAT WORK NALA!!! gina
