Okay, now I'm not real good at this. I usually get started and quit all within the same day! But I am going to post here everytime I do some meaningful exercise, no matter how goofy it sounds, (this ought to be good for a laugh or two), it will all be worth it in the end. Good Job LA~ keep it up, before you know it you'll be posting on this thread EVERY day.. Does bending & stooping & cleaning shelves off, not to mention lots of scrubbing dusty dirty knick knacks & kitchen junk that hasn't been used in like I HAVE NO CLUE how long.. why in the world don't I get rid of some of this stuff.. geez.. my arms are getting a workout as well as my legs today.. gina |
