I'm in.. how are we gonna do this??? Do we need to post an exercise challenge.. ??? Hey I know we did one one time on either this group or another group that ...hmm let me think.. ok it was called the 100..
The way it works is someone posts the challenge for the day, say
100 jumping jacks..
then everyone that wants to join in does their part of that.. say I was to do 25 jj, then peggy did 50 & LA did 25.. we'd have our goal for the day, BUT if we all did 50, we could just make sure we rounded them off to 100.. even if we over exceeded our goal for the day.. does anyone wanna do this? just let me know or just post the first 100.. will check back later even though today I don't feel like walking much less exercising. ACCK~
