Serves 4
1 cup uncooked converted rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1 can(19oz) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (151/4oz.)whole kernel corn, drain
1 can(14.5oz)diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Kraft Italian dressing
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Kraft shredded mexican style cheese
Topping: additional shredded cheese
1. Cook rice in a 3qt. saucepan according to directions with onion & celery added.
2.Five min. before rice is done, stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; reduce heat & simmer, 10 minutes.
3.Stir in cheese :& cook til melted. Top each servin with shredded cheese.
