1 box (6oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or marg., cut up
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, (5oz.) each
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed crm of mushroom soup (can substitute crm of chicken)
1/3 cup sour cream or milk
1.Heat oven to 375 F. Have a 13x 9 baking dish read.
2.Mix stuffing mix, butter & 1 1/2 cups hot water in large bowl, set aside.
3.Arrange chicken in baking dish. Mix soup & sour cream til blended. Spread evenly over chicken, then top with stuffing mixture.
4.Bake 30 min. or til chicken is cooked through.
