Hi Gina - here's the I made my lemon-lime chicken - juice of 1 lime, juice of 1 lemon, about 1/3 cup of olive oil - whisked together. We're trying to eat less salt, so I didn't add any, and it didn't need any later. I let three boneless chicken breasts sit in it for about 1.5 hours (while we were at church), then grilled them on our little electric grill for 15 minutes. It turned out really good :)
Thanks kendra. sounds yummy, will have to get a lime & lemon @ the store & try this.. we need to start eating healthier.. not sure where I saw that recipe at.. I know it had to be one of my newer magazines... thanks again.. gina
