PUMPKIN CAKE
1 can pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
ICING
1 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)..use a little more than 3oz.
5T. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powder sugar
3-4 tsp. milk
chopped nuts, optional

Preheat oven on 350...
Dump all ingredients together. Spread in sheet pan. Bake at 350 til toothpick comes out clean. Pour icing over hot cake...Sprinkle with nuts,optional.
