This recipe is from Vitality

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
24 oz. whipped topping
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cans blueberry pie filling
1 can pineapple chunks

Procedure

Mix flour, soda, and tartar together.

Cut butter into mixture.

In separate bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla and beat well.

Mix all together.

Chill for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a cookie sheet in the shape of pizza crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Now mix cream cheese and cool whip together, and after the cookie crust cools completely, spread on top.

Put the blueberry pie filling and pineapple chunks on top of the Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.

Keep refrigerated.

Hi ,
sounds a lot like the fruit pizza I used to make when I worked for Pampered chef. You can also use grapes, strawberries, kiwi, etc for color.
