I had this the other morning and it was enough for one person. Obviously the fruits can be exchanged for your liking.
1 banana
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup blueberries
1 6oz non fat yogurt
simple, blend and breakfast is served, you can also add protein powder or use slimfast instead of juice, be creative. You will have gotten a lot of fruits in for your daily intake.
