2 lb. sausage
18 ex. lg. eggs
2 cans diced green chilies
1/2 lb. vel. cheese
24 flour tortillas
Brown sausage
Scramble eggs w/cheese: chilies
Pour eggs over sausage and cook.
Fill tortillas with mixture above & either serve immediately, or you can wrap them & freeze them individually to take out & pop in microwave for those last minute rush/hurry mornings before school... actually I think the recipe is in amount to freeze.....so... hope this is a good one for everyone, my kids liked them...haven't tried them on dh or ds, josh...
