Fudge Batter Pudding
1 cup flour
1 cup granulated sugar (divided in half)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I don't use them)
3 T cocoa (first amount)
1/3 cup cocoa (second amount)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
3 T. margarine (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups hot water
In greased deep 2 quart (2 L) round casserole, mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, nuts, 3 T. cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Mix milk, margarine and vanilla; stir into flour mixture to blend well. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour hot water over.
Bake at medium high in microwave for 10 mins. Let stand.
