Bring to boil stirring constantly. Once at boil, let boil 5 min. NO STIRRING!
Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Pour over popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
Bake at 225F for one hour mixing thoroughly every 15 min.
Add nuts to mixture after first half hour and you’ll want to make a double batch!
