Orange Juice Cake

Ingredients

1. Butter recipe cake mix(yellow)
2. 1 instant vanilla pudding (normal box)not the large one
3. 1 cup oj
4. 1/2 cup oil
5. 4 eggs
6. 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Glaze to pour over hot cake..

1. 1cup sugar
2. 1/2 cup orange juice
3. 1 stick butter

 

 

 

Procedure

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease & flour bundt pan

Nuts in the bottom of pan

Mix all ingredients for cake & pour in pan.

Bake 45 - 60 minutes.

Glaze...

Bring all 3 ingredients to boil. 

Pour over hot cake in bundt pan...

Let cake set in bundt pan for 30 minutes

Then remove from pan to a cake plate, etc..
