We're having a recipe I've made before and it was GOOD.

IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE

Made with hamburger meat, onion, green pepper and chilies and taco seasoning

Put in a 9 inch pie plate and mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of bisquick and 1 cup of milk and pour on top. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheddar/jack cheese and bake 10 more minutes.

The Bisquick and milk makes a crust.

Eat with Salsa of your choice and sour cream !

My appetite is still a little sketchy, but my family was starving tonight, so I made a chicken stir fry with squash, mushrooms, baby corn, onion and bell pepper. We also had a small cheese fondue with bread cubes and Gala apple chunks. Scott and Helen were quite happy.

We had a chicken jambalya, that was soooooo yummy. We made it in the crock pot, and it was ready to go when we got home from work!

I'll have to get the recipe and post it.

Definitely a keeper!
