I had just started dating my husband and had moved in when i wanted to have a baby. But he had a vasectomy 12 years before so we could not have kids. We had thought about reversing it but didn't want to go though it again so he let me get a dog. But he said that it had to be a small dog and i had agreed with him. I had to wait intill i raised the money by working at the pet store. And finaly i had $400 and i started looking for a small dog but it was march and it is hard to find small dogs that are uder $400. so i keeped looking and i looked in the pound and the SPCA and still no luck and then the day before april 1 i saw a add for some basset hound crosses and had to go and see. Well we talked about it on the way that it would be a big dog with short legs and he said that it would be find. So when we got there we knew that this was it and we were going home with a pupy. So i let him pick the one as we both liked different ones. And that is Sophies story.
