Hi Everyone finally, It's been a long haul, but I'm glad I have made it this far. I got to Arkansas Nov. 7, and have been in the hospitals more than I have homes. I haven't had Internet service anywhere but at Steve's, and I haven't been able to go to his house much. He got me an Internet card from At&t where I can use it anywhere and get on.
I sold my house and paid off all my bills. I bought a new Mac Book Pro about a week ago. It's strange trying to learn it now compared to Wndows, but I think I'm going to like it. It doesn't get viruses like Windows does.
I won't have any new ferret pics to post, but I do have some of other things. Anything is better than nothing, right? We had a good snow about a week ago, and I was thrilled to be able to make some pictures of it. I'll try to post some of them. With Macs you have to attach them instead of pasting them.
I hope to be able to leave here in a couple of months and get my own place, but that will depend on how my health goes. For now, have to go. I'm sorry I have been away for so long. Love to all of you, Lawanda |

I saw your post yesterday Summerlilly but MSN was acting up a bit and I gave up trying to post. It's great having you back and I hope you start getting your health back so you can get your own place. With that snow being new to you, I'm sure you will be thrilled a bit longer with seeing it. That thrill will eventually go away. We have been having some nasty weather for a while. My daughter snowblowed Wednesday because they had the day off and the snowblower started making terrible noises. The dealer picked it up after she finished snowblowing. Thursday morning the snow was back again and I had no snowblower. They got it fixed but didn't deliver it until 3 pm. The submarine sandwiches my daughter picked up after work had to wait until the snowblowing was done. Today is quiet so I got to go out and run a few errands. I'm sure it won't take you long to get over that thrill of snow and cold. It doesn't take long unless you enjoy winter. I don't like winter but would love to see some of your pictures. Glad to have you back and I really hope you can finally start to feel better. |

Finally figured it out. Anyway this was our snow outside one of the windows. We've had a little more a couple of times, but not enough to cover the ground.
I'm feeling pretty good, but I'm really having a fluid problem. I'll probably end up having to go back to the hospital to get rid of it.
I'm glad to hear from you Robin and Phyllis. I'll try to email you when I get up to it. Summerlilly |

I feel bad that you are stuck with that cold and snow, Summerlilly. I wouldn't wish that ugly stuff on anyone. Took me a while to see the pic. It most certainly looks like the same stuff we have in our yard. We have more of it. I'm glad you are feeling pretty good. I hope the fluid problem won't be a major problem to get rid of. Glad you are back and hope you continue to be with us. |
