She is just so precious, Stinger.  Absolutely adorable.  She looks like a blaze and many of them are deaf.  I have three that are deaf.  Have you tested Chloee to see if she can hear?  My vet used a very technical test to check mine for deafness.  She took two dog dishes and clanked them together to see if the ferret would look toward the noise.
