Technically there is a difference Morals are individual values whilst Ethics are socially universal.
 
We as individuals make moral choices based on the ethical values our society imposes on us.
 
The reason different people in the same social setting can make different moral choices is because as we take in social ethics, we interpret them in our own way, guided by our view of the world, religious and philosophical belief, personal experiences and peer and family influence.
 
Oh what a minefield this is.........

Ethics is a county in the south of the country....
