Did tell you somewhere it is an aerobic workout, it nearly kills me once a week trying to do it.

Our class has all ages, more women than men but one of our instructors is a male in his 50's and very fit, when I am brave enough, will show you my class on youtube.

That is when I have shred some weight - lost 6 lbs since Christmas! 

So....
