I dont smoke in the house  I keep my cigarettes and lighter in kitchen drawer stand outside to smoke Lunchtime lit a cigarette shut drawer standing on doorstep  gosh this is a bit........................ Glad to hear everything is ok Star.
We had a similar occurrence scare recently. No fire as such but certainly the potential.
Having brought some lovely crystal candle holders that shower the room with golden warm colours they were placed on the coffee table which for the winter sits under the main window, with curtains just above the burning candles.
although the curtains hadnt even get warm just the thought of the possibility of a bit of fluff falling off, igniting and going back up to the curtains scared me half to death, needless to say the candle holders got moved. |
