I was wondering whether any of you know how to email a group of people without all their addresses appearing in the email you sent....keeping them private from each other.
Thank you.
Barbara.

Hi Barbara

Click Bcc:  ( next to your address on new mail )then only each person sees their own email address and not the addresses of everyone you have sent the email to.

Starlady, are you saying that I should put all the addresses in the Bcc line then, and none in the 'To' or 'Cc' line then?
Barbara.

Another none-expert replying..

You need to put someone in the "To" line.
Send it to yourself and blind copy everyone else.

And when forwarding "jokes etc" always remove the list of addresses that appear in the body of the text.  And ask your buddies to do the same, that way peoples email addies are not put on a wide circulation list.
