I used to love going to the gym untill I ripped te anterior critiate ligments from my knee and now have painful joints..I try to walk as much as I can but smtimes it is hard, but like Steve I have one of those "glyders" and they are good..I try to use mine regularly |

I love nothing better than to spend an hour in the gym. Weights is my bag and although I have no real ambition to build a massive body, I do get a buzz like no other each time I have managed to work harder and heavier than previously. |
