I've decided to try a diet again, only a proper one this time rather than the 'stop eating' one I tried last time. I'm looking to loose maybe 10 to 15 lbs hopefully which should take me down a size hopefully. Does anybody have any suggestions? What has worked for you?
I joined weightwatchers in January Jillie - so far I have lost 7.5lbs - you get a set amount of points to eat dailly and as long as you stay within your points value you can't not lose weight - I'm never really hungry which is good
