| Dear Bubz, Yes sometime it does get comfusing but it is quite eazy ..Just follow these simple directions hon 1. To Join the Mail Room go Here when you see the word Join click on it and finish doing what it says . Then I will let you in 2. Until Possum spiders your mailbox the members who want to get to your mailbox will have to go through the mailroom. But you can always find it Here 3 . Once Possum has spidered your mailbox you will go Here do you see where is says Mail Room Search Engine ...Click that... 4. Now go Here you woll see where you can type in a name it can be yours or another members to get to a mailbox . Then you will click search. Try it with my name Angel_Juli ..You should see a mail box with an angel ...go ahead leave me a message. This will only work if your mailbox has been spidered by Possum. I have a serious question. How can I get my Logo and my backgrounds copy written to me? Where do I go to get that? I have never had a problem till Yesterday. On another group I joined it is not a PSP group. Well anyway the lady made me a manager and now that I am doing something to help her out to get her site started. I have worked hard for 3 days to get the job done She is now saying that I can't use anything that I made cause it is not copywrite. But I made everything from scratch down to even doing my templates and making tiles of my own. What can I do. Please help me I am so upset about this. I am in more PSP group and others but I have never had anyone of them say I can not use anything of my own. What is the use of being in the groups if you can not make and use your own backgrounds. Hi Dee.....I got your answer for you and the manager of that group will not like it......LOL. The minute you make anything it is immediately protected by copyright law. You do not have to do anything. Take your pages down and tell her to get a life! Also, if she refuses to give you your pages report her to MSN for theft of your work. Her group will not last long. Even if you are using someone elses art (with their permission of course) to make your tiles and tags YOUR work product is protected as well as the artist whose work you used (with proper credit of course). Once you mark your tags ©Artist Name ~ Tagged By AlbertYvonne your work is completely and totally protected. Same with your websets. That is why the credit that is generated by the Auto Webmaker most of us here at FGFE use to make our websets is so nice....it lays the credits out plain and accurately and SHOWS the day we made it and helps protect us. Just get your pages and tell her to stick it that she does not have a clue about what she is talking about. OK? You ARE protected and she is not and can only use your work with YOUR permission! If you revoke your permission for her to use those websets you posted she does not have a leg to stand on. You can use pages you make and tags you make anywhere you want. She can only use them as long as you give her permission to do so. The only exception to this would be if you made websets or tags and put on snag board....then you give implied permission for anyone to snag them and use them where they wish. Dear Dee, I have been given more information about the pages in question by asst manager here at FGFE who is very copyright aware. Dee, you do not have proper credits to the artist on the pages you made. You have to give credit to the artist whose art you used to make your tiles and tags. That is not what you did on these websets. So, your pages can't be used anywhere by anyone. The manager of the group was trying to tell you your pages were not useable anywhere because you did not give the artist whose work you used proper credit. Even if you used your own drawings, paintings for phots (etc) you have to put the copyright informaiton on both the tags and the webset. So, like I said above, you are protected the moment you make the page as long as you have given credit to the artist whose art you used and have permission to use that art. Your pages ARE NOT useable because you are in violation of copyright law and your work is not protected because it is in violation of copyright law. Remember, copyright is not just an inconvenience it is THE LAW! So, either put proper credits on those pages or throw them away. Sorry....but that is the bottom line.
